THE INCENTIVE FUND OFFERS START-UP DOLLARS TO EXISTING AND NEW AGENCIES LOOKING TO EXPAND OR LAUNCH NFP.

With more than 34,000 families enrolled at any point in time, Nurse-Family Partnership is currently reaching only a small percentage of families. We are committed to finding new ways of reaching and serving more vulnerable moms and babies.

The Nurse-Family Partnership launched the Incentive Fund in 2017 to offer a compelling pathway for growth for high-performing partners seeking to expand their service delivery to meet the needs of more vulnerable families in their local communities. The Incentive Fund was established through generous philanthropic funds; and with ongoing support, it will continue as a catalyst for growth.

NFP Incentive Fund Goals are to:

  • Reach more families in need
  • Reward high performance
  • Secure strategic partnerships
  • Ensure accountability
  • Promote sustainability

For every dollar awarded through the Incentive Fund at least three dollars are leveraged to serve more NFP families.
