We have seen a lot of changes in the last couple of weeks that have affected our ability to provide you with high-quality NFP gear in a timely manner. Disruption in manufacturing causing product availability issues is just one of them. On March 23, 2020, the Mayor of Denver has ordered all non-essential business to “stay at home” in response to COVID-19. Since our embroidered apparel are made-to-order locally, this puts a halt in our production. Unfortunately, embroidered items are temporarily unavailable for purchase. We will continue to fulfill orders as long as we have them in stock. If you have an embroidered item order that has not been shipped, it will be fulfilled as soon as we are able.

SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY: During educational classes, the cut-off time to get free NSO delivery is noon on the day before class ends. All embroidered items are excluded and not available for quick delivery. If your order contains an embroidered item, delivery may take up to 4 weeks and will ship complete. Otherwise, delivery will be within 2 weeks from the date of your order. We do not offer expedited service or shipping at this time. Standard shipping method is via USPS. If you require the use of a different carrier, please contact us before placing your order. The NFP Store uses a simple flat rate shipping structure and as such, it may not reflect actual shipping charges we incur on your specific purchase. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY: We gladly accept returns in new and unused condition on stock items within 7 calendar days of receipt of shipped goods. Embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange since they are “made to order,” unless it is defective. We recommend purchasing the correct size and embroidery color online. We are proud to stand by the quality craftsmanship of the products that we offer. When used under normal conditions for which they are designed, these products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the original date of purchase. If such a defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, replace your product upon the return of the defective item. This warranty does not cover accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, and normal wear and tear. Returns and credits will be processed within 5 days of being received. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Sale items or marked down items are considered final sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from refund.
