Nurse Home Visitor

This is a full-time position covering Routt, Moffat and Jackson Counties. The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Nurse Home Visitor is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to women and their families eligible for the NFP Program. Nurse home visitors are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in clinical nursing practice and adherence to the NFP model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of NFP and of the lead agency. Nurse home visitors report to the NFP Nurse Supervisor. Education: A Baccalaureate Degree in nursing by a school accredited by the National League of Nursing is preferred. Experience: Professional work experience with childbearing women and children, preferably in a community health setting.

The salary range for this position is $62,545.60-$89,148.80 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
