Nurse-Family Partnership Success Stories in Cleveland County
- NFP Nurse Home Visitor Debra’s client was 14 when she found out she was pregnant. Through her nurse’s ongoing encouragement, the client is still in high school and receiving good grades. Her career aspirations include registered nurse or a forensic scientist. She is the mother of a healthy and growing toddler.
- NFP Nurse Home Visitor Anna’s client discovered she was pregnant while still in high school. With the help of her nurse, the mother is now in college and is working a full-time job. She also recently married the father of her baby, and their 16-month-old child is beautiful and thriving.
