Nurse-Family Partnership is a nurse home visiting program that pairs first-time mothers with nurses, who can help them have a healthy pregnancy, provide expert advice and coaching on child development and empower them to start off on the right track.
Now in its 37th year, NFP has served 239,461 moms in 43 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands and six Tribal communities. Since being established in South Carolina in 2009, NFP has served over 2,620 families.
