From Upstate to Downstate, Nurse-Family Partnership is serving low-income, first-time parents.

Nurse-Family Partnership was launched in Illinois in 2000. To address maternal morbidity and mortality, it has been recommended to expand home visiting programs to target high-risk mothers. NFP is on the front lines of addressing persistent racial disparities in maternal health outcomes.

Over 40 years of evidence show the measurable, long-lasting difference Nurse-Family Partnership makes in the lives of moms and their children. Meet NFP moms and nurses in our video.
